Rental Conditions.
0.- UNLIMITED MILEAGE.
     All our vehicles are rented with no mileage limit. You do not pay twice for the same service.
1.- RENTAL REGULATION TIME.
- THE MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD is 24 hours.
- The rental days to be invoiced are periods of 24 hours starting from the beginning of the contract. After one hour or more, a whole day's rental will be charged.
2.- MIMIMUN AGE FOR HOLDER DRIVER MINIMUN DRIVING LICENCE AGE:
- Customers must have a valid driver´s license, minimum experience of 1 year and be at least 19 years old.
3.- FUEL:
The vehicles are delivered with full tank of petrol.
Full tank values pre-payable, between 33.06 € and 72.12 € according to supplied model.
Cars should be returned with empty tank.
4.- EXTENCION OF THE RENTAL PERIOD
If customer wishes to extend the rental agreement, this must be communicated at least 48 hours before the end of the rental period.
5.- DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE
In our Associated Offices in the timetables:
From Monday to Friday in the morning: From 09:00 Hours to 13:00 Hours.
From Monday to Friday in the afternoon: From 16:30 Hours to 19:00 Hours.
Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00 Hours.
At Airports, train stations and ports:
From Monday to Friday in the morning: From 08:00 Hours to 22:00 Hours.
Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00 Hours.
6.- DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS WITH EXTRA CHARGE.
Sundays, public holidays and outside the timetables mentioned, exists an extra charge for deleveries and collections of the vehicle.
7.- SUPLEMENTS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE LIST.
- Child's seat: 2 € per Day.
- Second Addicional Driver: 1 € per Day (7 Euro Maxim).
- First Addicional Driver: INCLUDED - No Charge.
8.- HELP LINE.
In case of damage customers have a 24 hours emergency phone number at their service (see contract).
9.- FULL RISK INSURANCE WITHOUT EXCESS.
Insurance Rates include: unlimited civil responsibility, theft and damages except for Group P and Q. (this does not include wheel damage, keys, tyres and trims).
10.- TRAFFIC FINES.
Traffic fines will be paid by the customer.
11.- RESERVATION SYSTEM - CAR MODELS.
RENTACARSOL, will only confirm a particular group of vehicles at current rates, and reservations are only valid for the group of car models as decided expressly by our Reservations Department. The model of vehicle of any group may be changed for a similar model.
12.- TAXES.
The rates printed in the price list include 16% VAT on the Peninsula and in the Balearic Islands. 
13.- PAYMENT SYSTEM.
Payment can be made by Credit Card. VISA, MASTERCARD. 
14.- OTHER CONDITIONS
Each rental is subject to the customer's acceptance of the general rental contract conditions..
